The staff here were amazing, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. the room itself was beautifully decorated and had a cozy feel to it. the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also loved the selection of free toiletries in the bathroom, they were high-quality and smelled amazing. Another thing I really liked was the central location of the hotel, it made it easy for me to explore the city during my Christmas stay.
That my room faced a busy street, so it did get a bit noisy at times, especially during the late nights. I didn't have any trouble sleeping through it.

The hotel with great atmosphere. A 10-minute walk took us to national gallery, which was a bonus. Located in 5 minutes' walk from Tottenham Court Road metro station.

The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with plush beds and soft towels. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to theaters, Covent Garden, and other attractions. It was also a great place for dining, with many restaurant options nearby.
Some rooms facing the rear of the hotel could be noisy due to their proximity to a nearby club. the service at the front desk could be improved, as some staff members seemed less than thrilled with our arrival.

It also provides a cozy and well-appointed room with shabby chic decor, a comfortable bed, and modern amenities such as fast Wi-Fi and a superior TV system. the attentive and friendly staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, recognizing them by name and offering personalized service. guests can enjoy a variety of outstanding complimentary bath products from the Cowshed brand.
The window in the room might be small, limiting the view.
